The PTI Group is an integrated Architectural, Interior Design, Project Management and Development Advisory practice specialising in assisting Owners, Investors, Developers and Operators of Tourism, Leisure, Residential and any other Managed Accommodation Properties.

PTI was established by Peter Israel in 1991. 

What separates us from the usual architectural practice is that we provide as well as highly creative design skills considerable commercial skill and market understanding in our specialized area.  As a result we have been able to design and create a range of properties that are not just attractive and pleasant environments but that are also highly successful commercial properties and investments.

In an industry where projects tend to either "hit the mark" and be successful .... or not, the fact is that having such an integrated approach is critical to creating viable long term projects.   

Meeting this challenge head-on has led us to develop a totally different service to that provided by the usual architectural and interior design practice one that is more comprehensive in its consideration of all the issues involved. 

To date we have been able to assist many of our Clients to create a wide range of highly successful properties. This continues to be the basis of our increasing reputation in the market.

Our work now spans all sectors of the tourism and accommodation markets ~ from major destinations, hotels and resorts to small boutique properties, from remote to city locations, and for both the leisure and business traveller. Our work also ranges from back-packer to luxury properties and the many types in between. This includes conventional hotels and resorts, strata hotels and resorts, serviced apartments and time-share properties, as well as all manner of residential and managed accommodation properties including student, retirement and more recently, remote mining accommodation.

PTI works all around Australia as well as through Asia and the Pacific.

To date we have completed well over $500 million worth of projects, designed and had approved by Councils and other authorities several billion dollars worth of projects and we currently have a wide variety of projects in design and documentation and under construction.

Our clients include major hotel companies and owners as well as private investors, and in both the local and international markets.
